Contacting Your Tutor
From time to time you may have questions to ask that relate specifically to the material you are learning.
For these types of questions we suggest you contact your course tutor. Tutors are industry specialists who are currently working in the industry and/or have extensive experience. They are qualified professionals who are best suited to answer your questions and point you in the right direction.
You can contact your tutor by:
- Sending an online tutor consultation request form from the student community login page.
- Or sending a Tutor Request Form from your Welcome Kit. Please post this to:
Cengage Education, Locked Bag 900, Artarmon NSW 1570.
No matter which method you decide to use, remember to include:
- Your Name and Student Number.
- Your learner guide number or the name of the textbook you are reading and
- Reference to page number(s) or the question number you are referring to.
By utilising the online method, you will be provided with an online receipt and you can generally expect a reply from your tutor within three working days.
