Certificate II in Information Technology

Cengage Education Certificate II in Information Technology will provide students with the skills and knowledge to be able to function as an effective Information and Communications Technology user. The qualification has fundamental Information and Communications Technology knowledge and skills base which is pivotal for all other qualification within the Information Technology Training Package ICA05.

The 8 core units contain those basic Information and Communications Technology skills and knowledge required for effective entry into all Information and Communications Technology qualifications from Certificate III upwards.
